As the hour was late we just made due with the tv in the sitting area. Upon returning to our room for the night we found one of the 3 TVs (one in front of bed) was not working. We went downstairs for what ended up being a nice night out. Determined to make the best of a bad situation we decided to let it. The rooms were big, but the carpets and furniture were filthy and stained. Silly us for expecting that she just do the job she was being paid for. Again the clerk acted as though we were putting her out. At this point they said they could give us rooms on different floors to which we agreed. At this point we were becoming highly annoyed and persistent. Once again we left and came back at the appointed to only be told a third time that our rooms were not available and that they had no time when they would be. We pushed for a time and were told to come back at 4 pm. The desk clerk acted as though we were annoying her, while two other clerks were happy and busy checking in every Diamond Club member who came to the desk. Upon arriving back at the hotel we were again told that our rooms were not ready and that they didn't know when they would have rooms available.

We called about 1:30 and asked when our rooms would be available and were told to come back at 2:30. We left and went to visit another attraction in Bossier City. When questioning when we could check-in we were told that they didn't have a time and that we would just have to come back. Upon arriving we were told that early check-in was not guaranteed and that our rooms were not ready yet (requested 2 rooms on same floor). Prior to arriving at hotel we contacted them about check-in time and we told we could have early check-in at noon. We booked two rooms for my wife, myself and another family member.
